Return Conditions

• Unboxing video is mandatory for claims
• Issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
• Replacement will be issued after verification

Cancellation Policy

• Orders cannot be cancelled once the design is approved or printing has begun.
• If the order has not yet entered production, cancellation may be possible.
